Introduction The diagnosis of rhinosinusitis is based on clinical grounds having characteristic symptoms, combined with objective evidence mucosal inflammation. We studied the corelation between symptoms patients, and endoscopic findings CT scan in chronic (CRS). Materials Methods Patients above age 15yrs fulfilling criteria Chronic sinusitis laid by European position paper nasal polyps (EPOS) 2012 were prospectively studied. Demographic profile noted. Results This study included 118 patients Rhinosinusitis. commonly male group 21-30 years presented obstruction, headache discharge order presentation. endoscopy revealed Septal deviation 64.4% medialize uncinate process 15.2% cases. (48.3%) commonest finding. suggested deviated septum (70.4%), concha bullosa (30.5%), blocked osteo-meatal complex (68.6%) CRS. Presence Agger Nasi cell (49.2%), Haller (12.7%) Onodi (15.7%) seen these patients. Conclusion diagnostic along detailed examination are essential component for assessment a patient rhinosinusitis. considered as gold standard but also valuable tool
